Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the SeaTac Airport Parking LLC Premier Garage Monthly Airport Employee Parking Membership Program (the “Program”). By registering for or using the Program, you (“Member”) agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

Facility means the SeaTac Airport Parking LLC Premier Garage located near Seattle‑Tacoma International Airport. Rooftop means the uppermost uncovered deck of the Facility designated for Program parking. Access Credential means a license plate enrolled in our system and/or a WallyPark RFID device issued to the Member. Employee means an individual employed to work at Seattle‑Tacoma International Airport (“SeaTac”).

2. Eligibility

The Program is available only to SeaTac Airport Employees. Proof of eligibility is required during registration and upon request, and may include one of the following: (a) current airport badge, (b) recent paystub, or (c) employer letter confirming employment at SeaTac. WallyPark may reject or revoke enrollment if eligibility cannot be verified.

3. Registration; Accounts; Business Purchases

Members must register online and provide accurate information, including name, email, phone, employer, vehicle license plate, and vehicle make and model. Each Member may maintain one Program account. Businesses (Airport Employers/Vendors) may purchase passes for their Employees; business purchasers must provide their business name, contact information, and for each pass the Employee’s name, vehicle license plate, make, model, and 10‑hour window. Businesses are responsible for keeping Employee rosters current.

4. Access Credentials

Each registered vehicle must have a unique identifier (e.g., license plate and/or WallyPark RFID device) to access the Facility. Members are responsible for the security of any RFID device and for keeping license plate information up to date. Replacement or additional devices may incur fees.

5. Program Services; Scope

The Program grants a revocable, non‑transferable license to park one standard‑size passenger vehicle on the Rooftop during the selected 10‑hour daily window. The Program does not include car wash or EV charging services, is not available for all parking types, and is not eligible for discounts, promotions, or reward/loyalty programs. Promotional codes created for the Program cannot be applied to other WallyPark services, and promotional codes for other services do not apply to the Program.

6. Fees; Billing; Auto‑Renewal

Fees are prepaid and auto‑renew monthly until cancelled. The current fee for a 10‑hour daily window is $250 per month (plus applicable taxes and surcharges). Prices may change; WallyPark will provide notice in advance of the effective date. If a payment method is declined, WallyPark may suspend access until payment is cured.

7. 10‑Hour Window; Overages; Use of Facility

Members must proceed to the Rooftop within a reasonable period after entry (generally within 15 minutes). Parking outside the Member’s 10‑hour daily window, in non‑Rooftop areas, or with an unregistered vehicle may result in assessment of posted daily rates upon exit and/or loss of Program privileges. Capacity is limited; Program parking is capped (e.g., 300 vehicles per concurrent 10‑hour window).

8. Changes; Suspension; Termination

WallyPark may modify or discontinue the Program or any Policy on reasonable notice, or immediately suspend or terminate a Member for misuse, unsafe conduct, abuse, fraud, non‑payment, or violation of these Terms or Facility rules.

9. Member Cancellation; Refunds

Members may cancel at any time; cancellation is effective at the end of the then‑current monthly term. Partial‑month refunds are not provided, except where required by law. To avoid renewal charges, cancel before the renewal date.

10. Business Accounts

Airport Employers/Vendors purchasing passes are responsible for ensuring that their Employees meet eligibility requirements and comply with these Terms, for timely updates to Employee rosters and vehicle information, and for all fees until a pass is reassigned or cancelled. WallyPark may require an authorized signer and EIN and may request verification documents.

11. Non‑Transferability; No Sub‑License

Memberships and Access Credentials are personal to the registered Member and may not be sold, shared, or transferred. Businesses may request reassignment of a pass to another Employee within the same organization, subject to eligibility and WallyPark approval.

12. Facility Rules; Liability; Towing

Members must comply with all posted Facility rules. WallyPark is not a bailee and does not assume custody of vehicles; Members park at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted under Washington law, WallyPark is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or contents, except to the extent directly caused by WallyPark’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. Vehicles parked in violation of these Terms or Facility rules may be immobilized or towed at the owner’s expense in accordance with Washington law, including RCW 46.55, and applicable posted signage.

13. Privacy

WallyPark’s collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Venue shall lie in the state courts located in King County, Washington. Nothing here waives any non‑waivable consumer rights under Washington law.

15. Rebranding; Assignment

If the Facility or Program is rebranded or operated by a successor, these Terms shall automatically transfer to and bind the successor brand/operator, and references to WallyPark shall be deemed to include such successor.

16. Miscellaneous

WallyPark may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Program website and/or notifying Members by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions enforced. No failure to enforce constitutes a waiver. Notices may be provided electronically.
